The ground rules · What you tell us

It stays with you.

A first conversation means describing the part of your business that is not working, to somebody you have not met. Here is what happens to everything you say.

4 commitments

01 · Before we talk

An NDA, if you want one.

Ask and we sign yours. There is no template argument and no delay. You can also talk first and sign it after.

02 · What we say in public

Your business is not our marketing.

Nothing you tell us becomes a case study or a post without your written yes. Every partner named here agreed to it, and any of them can ask us to take it down.

03 · Where your data sits

It runs in your accounts.

We build on infrastructure you own. We work inside your accounts rather than copying your data into ours. When an engagement ends, nothing of yours leaves with us.

04 · What we do not do

Nothing you share trains a model.

What you share with us is working material for your build and for nothing else. We do not sell it or pool it, and none of it goes into training.

The fit check

Your 5 answers reach Nihal.

When you finish the fit check, your answers and the contact line you wrote are sent to Nihal. They are kept as one private file in this site's own store on Vercel, in the US. The file also notes the page you sent it from and your country, read from the connection. A copy lands in his inbox. Nobody else reads them, and nothing is sold or shared.

Your 5 answers

Sprout, the form on every page, works the same way, sent only when you tap Send to Nihal. A request for your first 3 AI wins keeps the same answers, the same way.

The file and the email.

We keep your answers until you ask us to delete them. Write to nihal@longtri.com and it is gone, file and email. Close the tab before the last question and your answers are not sent. The site counts only the question you reached, never what you chose.

What the site counts, in full

Umami counts page views and sets no cookie. It also counts taps on the booking link and WhatsApp. Menu opens are counted too, with the case or section you go to. In the fit check it counts the question you reached, never the answer. Each booking or WhatsApp tap is also logged in the same private store, with the page it came from and your country. Microsoft Clarity shows us how pages get used: where people scroll and click. It sets cookies and hides what is typed into forms. None of it names you.

We also run the Meta Pixel, because some readers arrive from our Meta ads. It tells Meta that you visited, and whether you then booked a call or sent us a message. It sets cookies, and Meta uses it to measure our ads.

The call and the price

The 30 minute call is about your situation, and we say whether a system fits. You get a fixed price within a day, and builds start at $500.
