Matrix Academy is a coaching institute in Sikar, Rajasthan. Its social media team posted 3 to 4 reels a week and could not keep up. The market it sells into moved faster than that.

What we built

We built a content engine on their own servers. Each long-form video goes in, and a finished reel comes out with its script and voiceover. A repurposing step turns 1 topic into reels, carousels and posts, sized for each platform.

The engine runs on n8n. It reads the long-form videos through the YouTube Data API and writes with Gemini and Claude. We trained the team to change it without us.

What changed

Output rose from 3 to 4 reels a week to 10 to 12 a day, with some reels above 100K views. The audience grew from 55K to 74K followers in 4 months.

What the team still does

They decide what to make and from which video, with a strategy system we built for that choice. The engine takes the repetitive part. The judgment stays with the people who know the students.

The AI prompts and tools training has opened new doors for us. The whole team is now aware of the tools.

What to copy from this

Start from the material you already have. An institute has hours of long-form video. A clinic has its answers to the same 20 questions. The engine turns what you already say into what you post.

The first step is a 30 minute call. You get a fixed price within a day, and builds start at $500.
